“We the people of the United States in order to form a more perfect Union”. In the 225 plus years since the Constitution was adopted as the core legal document of our country we have spend more time fighting each other politically than we have forming our more perfect union. Can we find lasting common ground on what policies will best serve our county? Only if we are willing to do three things: truly listen to each other, discuss our differences in a civil manner, and honestly give grace to those who disagree with our own personal viewpoints.
The goal of this site is to take issues of the day and try to present real solutions to the problems that divide us. For each issue we will try to accurately break down what the core of the problem is and fairly examine the solutions presented by the traditional liberal and conservative viewpoints as well as others as well. No one party has all the answers and politicians of any party are welcome to use the solutions show here as the basis for legislation.
